Former garda Sinéad Killian is taking three separate actions against the Garda Commissioner, the Justice Minister and the Attorney General, according to papers recently lodged in the High Court. All three sets of proceedings are personal injury cases. One case concerns her alleged mistreatment by some of her superiors after she initiated a case against her superintendent for an apparent parking violation as well as being allegedly penalised after she made a protected disclosure.
