This is the third case that we know of this week that a judge has refused jurisdiction because of the seriousness of the case, the DPP wanted these very serious cases dealt with in the district court so they would not have to do up books of evidence

Time these incompetent solicitors are removed, they are only there because of who they are related to in the dail, they are  NOT given these jobs on merit
