How the DPP solicitors are too lazy to make up books of evidence and just want a handy number in the district court

This is the third case that we know of this week that a judge has refused jurisdiction because of the seriousness of the case, the DPP wanted these very serious cases dealt with in the district court so they would not have to do up books of evidence
